Rhonda Manns is a registered nurse, certified case manager, and health care innovator dedicated to human-centered design and bringing empathy into the corporate sector. With a career spanning emergency nursing, rare diseases, health informatics, and product leadership, she bridges the gap between clinical operations and strategic, scalable solutions for the nation’s most vulnerable populations.

She served as a clinical startup advisor at Northeastern University’s Bouvé College of Health Sciences and works on several stealth projects to improve health equity. She enjoys riding her road bike, exploring new landscapes and advocating for the vital role of nurses in technology and business leadership.

Rhonda is an active voice in health care leadership, helping to shape conversations around nurse-led innovation. She serves on the American Nurses Association’s Innovation Advisory Committee as a Data Science and Artificial Intelligence member; and is a founding member and former board member of SONSIEL (the Society of Nurse Scientists, Innovators, Entrepreneurs, and Leaders). She is passionate about equipping others with the tools to tackle pressing health care challenges.

In addition to her leadership roles, Rhonda is an experienced mentor, hackathon designer, and facilitator for organizations such as the American Cancer Society, the Good Shepherd Rehabilitation Network, and MIT Hacks Racism in Medicine. She is committed to developing patient-centered and operationally effective health care solutions by integrating clinical insight with digital health product development.
