Rose Maruca, RN, BSN, MBA, ACC brings a clinical and business perspective to her extensive experience impacting change in many facets of health care. She has partnered with health systems, provider groups, and payers leading strategic initiatives in workflow optimization, access to care, network development, and provider-patient communication. As an executive coach, she focuses on leadership development with professionals both within and outside of health care.  

Rose helps leaders learn and apply innovative methods to solving healthcare challenges. Her work in biopharma has helped improve engagement across global R&D enterprises through experiential learning programs. On the commercial side, she has led the development and execution of strategic B2B population health initiatives, including serving as lead project manager for quality improvement projects across various therapeutic portfolios. 

Prof. Maruca received a Certificate in Health Care Innovation from the University of Pennsylvania Perelman School of Medicine, an MBA from St. Joseph’s University Haub School of Business, a BSN from Thomas Jefferson University, and a BA in business administration from Rutgers University. She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), recognized by the International Coaching Federation.
