Bob Tedeschi, MS, is an independent health care consultant based in Los Angeles, California. He has held leadership positions both at startups and established health care companies, most recently CareMore Aspire, and Patina Health. He led people operations at Patina, a home-based primary-care startup, building the launch team and overseeing training and cultural initiatives. At CareMore Aspire, a national value-based care network serving patients with chronic illnesses and palliative care needs, he served as vice-president of operational excellence. There, he oversaw leadership development, clinical training, orientation, and broader learning and development functions, and offered strategic counsel to the CEO, CMO, and other C-suite members, helping to craft the company's vision around philosophy, culture, operations, and talent.
Prior to his transition to the health care industry, Bob earned national recognition in the media industry as a weekly New York Times business columnist and as a member of STAT’s launch team, as well as in the educational software industry, where he co-created renowned educational apps. Applying lessons learned from those domains to the talent-development realm, he quickly built a national reputation for innovation, earning the Emerging Training Leader award from Training magazine. Additionally, he earned a professional development certificate in Health Care Innovation through the Department of Medical Ethics and Health Policy at the University of Pennsylvania.
