Esther Martin-Ullrich is a course coordinator for the Department of Medical Ethics and Health Policy’s online educational initiatives. Her academic background is in Food Studies, Digital Humanities, and Folklore. She is currently completing a Masters degree through Boston University in Gastronomy, focusing on Food Folklore and Foodways. She is passionate about public-facing academic work and spends her free time butchering sheep and cooking over a hearth as an Historic Interpreter.
